56 YEARS OF DATA ABOUT THE EURO
Who won the EURO in 2004? How many teams played for EURO 2016? The answer is in the Data!
THE MEMORIES OF EURO
Last week, a few hours before the kick-off of one of the best football tournaments, the students put their last project online, on which they had been working for some time with L'Equipe.fr. The goal was to create a digital project for the football fans, describing the great historical moments of the European Championship: Euro Memories.
56 years of data in a website
The website ‘Euro Memories’ compiles all the data of the 14 editions of the EURO from 1960 to 2016. Internet users can go back in time and find games, team compositions, statistics, key dates and anecdotes told by the editorial staff of L'Equipe newspaper. We congratulate Louis Charachon and Maxime Berthelot, both of them HETICians; and also to Synerg'hetic, who followed this project. We would like to thank L'Equipe.fr for once again trusting our students.
THE STORY OF A STORY
This is not the first time that L'Equipe has entrusted HETICians with a large-scale project such as this. In March 2014, Antoine, Benoit, Florian, Franck, Théo and Thibault, all Héticiens, worked with L'Equipe.fr and NUMA (one of the largest incubators in Paris) on the Mundial Memories project, for the World Football Championships.
