Nirmaalya B Biswas, Dean – MBAESG India, at iNurture – Galileo, Bangalore, India leads MBA programs for Sport Management & Luxury Management. He is also entrusted with the role of Dean – HETIC India; an extension of the premier Business Technology School at Paris, France. Prior to this assignment, he spearheaded India academic operations of MBA programs from Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia; Cardiff Metropolitan University; Anglia Ruskin University and University of West of Scotland, UK. After holding senior mid-management positions in the hospitality industry in South East Asia, he turned to academics and had been a part of the academic teams at the Leeds Business School, Leeds Metropolitan University, UK and Huddersfield University, UK.

Research Interests:
Nirmaalya’s research interest lies in the domain of Entrepreneurial Opportunity. He primarily seeks to measure entrepreneurial orientation amongst new/novice entrepreneurs. Further to his research interest in the field of entrepreneurship, he is working to develop accessible and affordable academic programmes on Entrepreneurship, for the benefit of the students, on a national scale.
